Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free. We ship directly from our warehouses in Asia. This generally takes a around 7-14 business days (business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays), but can take up to 30 business days depending on your location and local carrier. This ensures that we can offer you our items at an incredible rate. We only use reliable shipping partners and provide you with tracking codes (which you will receive via email after your order has been sent out) to ensure your order gets to you safely. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, drop us an email at hello@floriafay.com and we'll check its location. Do not worry -- if an order does get lost in transit, we will of course reship it or provide you with a refund.
Please, always double check the shipping address you provide us with when ordering. We can unfortunately not refund you for parcels lost due to wrongly entered details.

Regarding Covid-19: We ship parcels out without delay right now, however, USPS and many other carriers have been experiencing heavy delays due to working with reduced staff as a safety measurement to avoid the spread of the Coronavirus.
