How to order
Floria Fay is a webstore, meaning you can simply order the clothes you want online!
If you're on mobile, you can access the navigation menu by tapping on the three lines in the top left corner. Under "CLOTHING" you can then find all categories we offer. If you tap on one of them, the website will navigate you there and show you all products in this category. You may also browse by tapping on "SALE" to show all discounted items, "MOST POPULAR" for our bestsellers, or "NEWEST" for new arrivals.
If you like a product, you can tap on it to open details and see more pictures. Under each product description, there is also a size chart (click here for our sizing guide) which we highly suggest to use when picking your size. Select a color and a size as well as your desired quantity and press "ADD TO CART" if you would like to add the product to your virtual cart.
You can also add products to your wishlist for a later point in time.
If you have added all products you would like to buy, you open your cart by tapping on the bag icon in the top right corner. This action will display all items that you have put in your cart. You may still remove them by tapping "REMOVE" or change quantity. You can also see which color and which size you picked. At the bottom of your cart, you can see the "CHECKOUT" button with the total price next to it. Press "CHECKOUT" to further process your order.
You will then be asked to either pay directly via Express checkout (GPay, PayPal, Amazon Pay) or enter your contact, shipping, and payment information.
(Tip: If you register for an account before ordering, you can sync your orders with it and also receive discounts!)
Please double check everything you enter, especially your shipping details. We cannot refund you for parcels lost due to wrongly or incompletely entered details.
Your payment information is encrypted and never fully visible to us or to anyone else.
You will be shown once again what you have to pay and all your entered details before you press the final button to send us your order. When your order is fully processed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided.
We process orders within 7 business days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that allows you to observe your order while it's on the way to you!
Our desktop version's navigation menu can be found on top of our "HOME" site. Other than that, the process is the exact same.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free for any order above 49.99 USD. For smaller orders, we charge 4.99 USD for shipping and handling. Delivery generally takes a week, but can take up to 14 business days depending on your local carrier.
Please, always double check the shipping address you provide us with when ordering. We can unfortunately not refund you for parcels lost due to wrongly entered details.
