Shipping is currently free, worldwide, for all orders.
We ship directly from our warehouses in Asia. This usually takes from 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location, but can take up to 30 business days in rare cases. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, drop us an email at hello@floriafay.com and we'll check it for you!
If an order does get lost, we will reship it or provide you with a refund.

Regarding Covid-19: We ship parcels out without delay right now, however, USPS and many other carriers have been experiencing heavy delays due to working with reduced staff as a safety measurement to avoid the spread of the Coronavirus. We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit/debit cards (via Stripe). The payment process if fully encrypted, meaning that we will never see the details of your payment methods and never store anything such as credit card numbers or passwords. We utilize the largest payment providers and the latest technology to ensure your safety.

We understand that returns are necessary and accept them quite leniently. If you have only tried on your new clothes like you would do in a store, we will accept them within 14 days of delivery. Just shoot us an email at hello@floriafay.com using the form on our refund page.
